The Foundation of a Global Sound

Marc Fettarappa’s journey didn’t start under the glare of arena lights, but in the focused silence of early practice rooms and the intimate, smoke-filled air of local rock clubs. Every chord struck in those foundational years was a deliberate step toward the more prog-inspired sound he is known for today. This period was a meticulous exploration of musical boundaries, where classical training met raw, edgy experimentation. Influenced by legends of both traditional composition and modern rhythm, Marc spent his formative years crafting a signature style that balances technical precision with profound emotional depth, setting the stage for a career defined by innovation and a relentless pursuit of auditory excellence.

The Gibson Flying V website

starting in 1992 with a love for the Vs, Marc started a website dedicated to teh Gibson Flying V. It was basic and gave a lot of info about the guitars iterations. Funnily enough, it became a reference and quite a significant number of guitar players contacted him over the years.
